Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.To initiate a return, please contact us at info@yumskincare.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Policy: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. After verification, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-14 business days.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns, and we cannot refund items that have been opened or used.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
