Shipping Policy

We ship to all addresses within South Africa using courier services to door and to PUDO lockers. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out accordingly.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, but generally we use a flat rate to door and a flat rate to locker.

We offer free shipping promotions occasionally. This offer applies only to orders shipped within South Africa.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by couriers and freight services.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package online using the carrier’s website.
